After I sent in my review of the Arava Eye Cleaning pads I realized that in my haste I forgot to mention a few details which I think are very important!First, this product works beautifully and effortlessly with minimal discomfort to my little dog. It cleans the stains very well, dries fast and smells great. I am most certainly also ordering the regular body wipes for him, for his sometimes muddy paws and for his mouth, after meals.But most impressive was the way our package was sent to us, Not just thrown into a thin mailer, not caring if the fragile plastic box would hold up under the rough-handling of the shipping and arrive broken, but nicely inserted in a protective nailer with an extra insert for the box to fit into so it would not roll around and become crushed or broken in the process. That certainly was an extra kind touch you do not often expect any more in our busy life time. Many thanks to the seller and Amazon/Prime for being extra careful in making sure the ordered product arrived in excellent condition, to be used immediately, without the nuisance of having to complain and exchange.
